Has a song from Nov. Chopin become your all-time Jay favourite?

For me, unfortunately, it's a NO.

My favourite is still Qing Tien, and no song within his 5th album has surpassed how much i like this song. It used to be Long Juen Feng and then Qing tien came along- that was when that became my favourite- all the way till now. Listening through all of the tracks on the 5th album didn't give me that feeling :?. i was anticipating it, but i suppose it just never came- 'Faruxue' almost made it but hm...there was just something missing, personally.

However I'm definately not saying it's a bad thing, because Jay is not obliged to always outdo himself- it just shows that certain songs stay with certain people for a longer period right?

Mine is Hei Se Mao Yi (black sweater)...
This song is very soothing, calm and can be sang easily...ha3(that shows how bad my stamina is, haiz)

Mine is, at this point, Ye Qu. For the songs in November's Chopin. But then for favourite favourite song, I don't have any. I love almost EVERY song sang by Jay! Right now I am only listening to November's Chopin, no other albums because I just haven't had enough of it! Dunno when I will listen to the other albums again. Maybe when I've finally convinced myself that November's Chopin is NOT the best album ever! Don't know how long that will take though. :oops:

I felt that Shan Hu Hai has replaced my all time favourite duet though. It used to be the concert version of Zhu Wo Sheng Ri Kuai Le by Jay and Landy but now after hearing Shan Hu Hai, I totally loved that song. I think it ought to be the duet of the year.

Feng is quite nice, probably my fav song in this album. But for my all time favourite, it has to be Hei Se You Mo from the first album. That song is easily the definition of BEST. I've not heard anything capable of replacing that song yet. An Jing did try, so did songs like Jie Kou and Ge Qian, but nothing can ever beat Hei Se You Mo. The song, the melody, everything about it is too good. =)

I really loved both songs, and, my all-time faves, are xing qing and an jing.

In november chopin, not really. I did not really liked the album, but then, mai ya tang is in my top-10 played songs on iTunes.

I dont actually have a all time favourite because i like so many songs by Jay that it is simply difficult for me to decide which one i like best.
But for this album, ye qu, fa ru xue is definitely among the top of my fav jay song list.

I don't know if Yi lu xiang bei counts or not since it's a bonus track, but that song, every time i hear it it makes me soooooooo sad. it just brings back good memories...

Yequ and faruxue, at first i listened to faruxue and i like it, it really has that swordman feeling inside. and then after i read the lyrics of yequ, i realized how jay has put his effort to compose such a deep and sad song but in rap style, that's impressive!

before this album, my favourite was yi lu xiang bei. when i first listened to november's chopin, i liked fa ru xue best but thought that no song here actually passes yi lu xiang bei. but after a few more listens, i've grown to love hei se mao yi. it's currently my favourite song. ye qu is getting nicer and nicer after every listen though. :-)

QING TIAN still #1. Ye Hui Mei still ranks as the best, most creative and experimental Jay album for me.
This album is good, but as someone has already stated, the songs aren't memorable enough.

Yi Lu Xiang Bei is awesome, though I don't know whether or not its considered a part of NC. Best song so far on NC is Hei Se Mao Yi.

i think this album is not bad!!! i like most of the songs! so far, i like fa ru xue, feng and hei se mao yi alot. but recently i've been hooked onto hei se mao yi! its just so addictive!!

Well, "hair like snow" are my favorite song of the CD and i really think that "Nov Chopin" is one of Jay's greatest albums of all times. Definitlely, he would be able to clinch more awards with this album.

It's hard to pick my all time favourite among all of Jay's songs; I love alot of his songs. In November's Chopin there are good songs too, but I don't think one of them has become my all time favourite.

I give thumbs up for the album overall though, great work by Jay!

Always Head North and Besieged From All Sides is my most favorite songs atm. Everytime i hear always head north, it'll remind me of the scene at the end of initial d and how he run away from his gf. Also, the korean rap in Besieged From All Sides is just so cool that i can't explained in word, and i have to listen to it at least 1 time a day.

Erm, I personally love Ye Qu(Nocturne) and Lang Man Shou Ji(Romantic Handphone). Can't decide which song I like better. And I think both of the songs are one of my favourites among other songs of Jay's. Love the rapping part in Nocturne :-)

Songs can describe things on the imaginary realm.
For this album,'Feng' is an excellent song.Though I find 'Hei she mao yi' simple and easy to catch,'Feng' still stands out pretty well.And not forgetting 'Shan hu hai',the duet is wonderful.Maybe the female singer was Lara,so the effect was there. =}

Still,previous songs were countable for it's existence of good quality too,such as 'Gui ji' and 'Duan Le de xuan' in his EP; they were superb songs too!!

My favourite song from Nov Chopin is Feng. In my opinion its one of the best songs from jay because of the emotion conveyed when jay is singing the song and the beautiful melody of the song has added some plus points to it.

^^ Same here, Black Sweater's tone is super sad.. and it is what makes it one of my more favorite Jay songs.

I really like a lot of the songs in November Chopin, and I think my favorites from the album are "Coral Sea" and "Feng." It's such a nicely done duet, even though the lyrics are waaay sad for my taste... However, it's not my ALL time favorite... My all time fav Jay's song is "Simple Love"... the concert song, "End of the World," is really good too (although it's not "his" song) and I really like "Orange Jasmine." Then again, I like ALL of Jay's songs... :love: so... :tongue:

Wu ding is still my favourite jay duet ever, and Qing Tian is still my favourite Jay song ever, although Fa Ru Xue comes close. Si Mian Chu Ge is better than his previous rap songs though in my opinion.
