| What is Jay's music company? |
For 8 years, Jay belonged to Alfa Music. In 2007, he split away from Alfa to start his own production company: JVR Pte Ltd.
JVR is an acronym for "J"ay Chou, "V"incent Fang (Jay's long time lyricist), and Yang Jun "R"ong (Alfa Music president)

Jay's albums and videos, like many artists, are commonly pirated in the black
market.
The best way to find out if the copy you have is the original is to:
1). Check to see if it's being sold anywhere else such as YesAsia.com
2). Check to see if it has the Alfa Music AND Sony image similar to this:
(For products pre-2003, check for the BMG image)
Alfa Music is the music company Jay belonged to pre-2007. Sony is his distributor. Meaning
only Sony has the rights to sell his products. If another company is displayed instead of Sony, this means it is unlicensed
and therefore, bootleg.
3). Starting in 2007, Jay is under his own production company "JVR" ...future albums will no longer have the Alfa logo, but rather the JVR logo. |
| Does Jay commonly put snippets of his old songs in new songs? |
This has only happened 2 times before:
Fantasy: In Old William Castle (Wei Lian Gu Bao), at about 3:17, this is the
chorus from the song Bullfight (Dou Niu) on the Jay Album
8 Dimensions: In The Orcs (Ban Shou Ren), at about 3:40, the "he he ha
hee" cry is in the same fashion as the one prominent in the song Nunchuks
(Shuan Jie Kun) from the Fantasy album.
Most likely, Jay is reminding us to listen to his old albums as well =P |

It's actually Zhu Ying (注音) this is a unique code special made for Traditional Chinese. More than 85% Taiwanese people use this type of input method, so the keyboard is special made too. In fact Taiwan is probably the only place using this type of input method in the world now.

| EP stands for Extended Play and applies to recordings released which are too long to qualify as singles, but too short to qualify as albums. Typically an album has 8+ tracks, a single 1-2, and an EP 4-7. |
| In the song Ni Ting De Dao (You Can Hear), what does Jay sing the 2nd time? |
| When Jay sings the verse again, after he says "mi mi tang zai wo huai bao" ...the next line sounds muffled and weird. This is because the line is sung backwards. The verse is actually the same the 2nd time: "zhi you ni neng ting de dao" which means "Only you can hear it" and you can only hear it by playing the song backwards. Diao huh? =P |

| No there is no official video for this song. This song was written by Jay for his then manager, Jacky Wu. Jay just sang it with Landy for one of her albums. The only video in existence is a KTV (karaoke) version which merely shows Landy in snippets of her old music videos. |
